Callicarpa bodinieri, commonly called the beauty berry, is a deciduous shrub encrusted with clusters of berries in autumn, loved by birds and flower arrangers alike. Its fresh green spring foliage becomes golden in early autumn, the berries becoming the dominant feature on bare stems once the leaves have fallen.

Callicarpa bodinieri has been found to produce more fruits when planted in groups of three or more. It prefers an open sunny position.
