Chilli pepper ‘Red Drop’ is a prolific cropper, producing a huge amount of very shiny red teardrop-shaped fruits on bushy plants growing to around 70cm tall. The fruits are aromatic with a sweet, fruity flavour and mild to medium heat, perfect for adding warmth and flavour to sauces, stews and a wide range of other dishes. Chilli ‘Red Drop’ comes from Peru, and has a Scoville rating of between 12,000-30,000 SHU.
