You can rely on French Bean Solista to give you impressive pods of French beans on disease-resistant plants. Every pod has attractive and rare purple and white markings, making it a great ornamental as well as productive crop.

Climbing French Bean Solista is a traditional Italian climbing Borlotti bean producing an abundance of pods from near the base right up the length of the plant giving you optimum harvests.

Every attractive pod is an impressive 25cm (10in) long and have eight to nine kidney-shaped beans. Easy-to-sow Solista has large seeds which we recommend you sow direct outdoors once you notice the summer has truly arrived. If you want slightly earlier harvests sow in pots in late spring and tend indoors until planting time.
