Grow It InsectGard provides a simple and effective way to protect fruit and vegetable crops from unwanted insects without the use of chemicals. Made from strong, ultra-fine polyethylene mesh, it forms a physical barrier that helps prevent pests such as carrot root fly and cabbage white butterflies from reaching plants, while still allowing air, light and moisture to pass through for healthy growth.

 

The flexible mesh can be cut to size and draped directly over crops or used in combination with grow tunnel hoops to create a protective cover over rows of vegetables. When laid over plants, securing the edges helps ensure insects cannot gain access from underneath.
