Growing Success Slug Killer Advanced features blue pellets containing Ferric Phosphate, ideal for controlling slugs in both edible and non-edible plants. In moist conditions, slugs are drawn to the bait, causing them to stop feeding. The pellets expand when wet, prompting slugs to seek shelter underground to die without leaving a slimy trail.

 

Use in spring, early summer, or autumn, ideally during mild, damp weather or after rain, for optimal results. Spread evenly at a rate of 5g per square metre among your plants. Avoid application before expected rain, which may reduce effectiveness. If the slug attack is severe, repeat the treatment up to four times per crop for the best results.
