This kit contains everything required to successfully support our smaller grade of trees up the supplied height of 1.7m (small) or 2.4m (large) in height, especially those supplied as bare root (grown in a field, lifted out of the ground when dormant and supplied without a pot).
The buckle tree tie is simply the only one we recommend. It is made from unbreakable polycarbonate which is needed to withstand even the strongest winds but still retains an element of elasticity to ensure the tree develops its own resistance to the wind and does not come to rely upon the tie and stake. Supplied with an all-important collar that fits between the tree and the stake to ensure that the tree does not rub itself on the stake causing damage to the main trunk.
