'Carcassonne Wight' is a pink-cloved hardneck garlic with great skin cover, a rich flavour, and a fine bouquet. It crops around a month earlier than Solent Wight, making it a fantastic early performer.

'Provence Wight' is a vigorous softneck garlic known for its large, sweet white bulbs. Originating from the Drôme region in Provence, this variety has proven reliability and thrives in UK gardens. Together, they provide a varied and flavoursome garlic harvest from mid-summer onwards.
